Blender Bird

Submitted for the Twitch 2024 Game Jam

A little arcade game about juicing fruit; Many fruit, to one juice!

Made in one week using the Twitch Game Engine Plugin, viewers will redeem channel points to contribute fruit to be juiced. The streamer will control a bird that must attack the fruit (thus juicing it), while making sure not to get hit by obstacles. Once all fruit is thrown, the total juice is accumulated and you're given a score.

You will need to link to your Twitch account to play and must have channel points unlocked as a feature. Meaning you must be at least affiliate for the game to be able start (for the jam version). 

Known Issues for the Jam version:

• At around 100+ fruit if the juice pieces clumps the game will lag
• Logic to get to the ending screen is faulty and sometimes you will be stuck in the main game (Endless Mode!)

Updated version fixes the bugs present in the jam version and adds an offline mode and an idle mode. With other small adjustments as well but it is otherwise the same game. Was great practice for me but that version is the end of Blender Bird.
